what is the best/worst super smash bros.N64/mele/brawl character???

i think the best is jigglypuff cause she can fly real high,run fast and be strong,if fact some people think that she is the strongest in the game. and the worst is ganndorf as he is basically captian falcon but 1.5x times stronger and 5xtime slower (especially in brawl) so what do you guys think???
