Prisons. Think they should be restructured?

A thought popped in my head on if prisons should take the person who gets locked up and have them use their capabilities to do something instead of just rotting in a prison wasting time and tax money. Of course make sure they can't cause any outside damage in what they do.

Any other idea or thoughts?

Well... I say, we don't use our tax money to (basically) "pay" criminals. We should make them eat bread and water only, and build one huge prison with less stuff, In Alaska or something.

instead of prison they should sent all the criminals to the army or brainwash them (we know the goverment has it they just lie to us... like aliens in area 51)

i had a simlair idea to that, execept they take the criminals that are more so willing, and not at to high of a security risk, and put them in the army.

but there are there flaws to it, you know soldiers gong AWOL, selling info to the commies ect.
