New rehashings

What do you think of the new re-releases of both handhelds? The DSi and PSP 3000 are on the way....

DSi: Crap. Take away the GBA slot for two 0.3 megapixel camera's? They had better than that in 2000. No GBA slot means no GBA-slot accessories like the guitar hero guitar, and the thing has a lower battery life. No point to get it if you have a Lite.

3000: Not much better. Only a better screen and a mic? The screen is already brilliant, in my eyes; a little slow refreshing, but thats nothing too big. Mic you can get seperately, so no point in that either. If you have a Slim, no upgrade value. Maybe good if you still have the 1000, since you need the extra RAM and NAND memory for new features.

I actually think the DSi is gonna be cool! nothing like the PSP 3000 lazy update.

yeah,and have the point wrong it is 3.0 megapixels not 0.3 which 3.0 is better that the cell phone cameras which is 2.0 megapixels while 0.3 is the worst i have have ever heard of as even the game boy camera is 0.7 megapixels, anyways he psp 3000 is just another (most likely finally as the sales and number of games coming out for it shows) rehash to try to do something to the ds sales,either way im sticking to my ds1 and n-gage until 1.i actually have money as i just got fired from atari and 2.until i have actual proof that it is another 100+ dollers for a rehash

IMO, Hand-held consoles died.... 6 years ago.

Nah.....The PSP lives on in my eyes as a great system. Only problem: Sony made it.
