I used a Mix of CSS and XHTML.

I based the site off a CSS Template I had. THEN, I modified it. Made it look flashier. Then Exported in HTML.

Yeah. I could do that, but It's kinda a pain to do. XHTML, is very bitchy sometimes.

Did you put the CSS into the HTML or did you link to the CSS in the HTML

I'm not trying to be picky or anything, it's just i've started doing web design

I second that motion.

I don't really like the Harvey Dent pic at the top though....It's too big, and I have to scroll down too far to view the content. If it could be resized, or moved to the bottem, that'd be awesome. Overall, though, even on my old-ass computer and FireFox 3, this site is zippy, and overall pleasing. Nice job.
